현재 게임은 학습 참여 동의가 이용 조건입니다. 지역별 학습 연령을 충족하고 동의한 이후의 기록만 사용합니다.

Countermind는 현재 AI 학습 참여를 게임 이용 조건으로 운영합니다. 안내를 읽고 직접 동의하고, 거주 지역별 연령 조건을 확인한 경우에만 닉네임·튜토리얼·공식 도전·무료 연습을 시작할 수 있습니다. 동의하지 않으면 플레이할 수 없습니다. 운영자 개별 등록이나 한국 접속은 참여 조건이 아닙니다.

학습 참여자는 거주 지역과 해당 지역의 학습 동의 연령을 자기 확인합니다. 한국은 만14세 이상, EU·EEA는 보수적으로 만16세 이상, 그 밖의 지역은 만18세 이상이면서 현지 법률상 성년인 경우에만 참여할 수 있습니다. 이 기준은 서비스의 수집 제한이며 모든 국가의 법적 요건 충족을 보증하는 기준표는 아닙니다. 연령이 충족되지 않거나 확인하지 않으면 플레이와 학습 참여를 허용하지 않습니다. 생년월일·신분증·정확한 나이·실명은 요구하지 않고 이용 연령 확인, 거주 지역 구분 및 학습 연령 확인 결과만 저장합니다. 법정대리인 동의 수집 기능은 현재 없으므로 해당 절차가 필요한 미성년자의 기록은 학습에 넣지 않습니다.

게임 운영을 위해 브라우저 식별 쿠키(30일), 닉네임, 튜토리얼 완료, 연령 확인, 일일 도전 횟수와 경기 상태·명령·결과를 한국의 운영자 PC에 저장합니다. 일반 완료 경기·명령은 종료 후30일을 기준으로 정리합니다. 진행 중 경기와 검증 중 학습 후보에 필요한 자료는 정리에서 보호되므로 보관이 연장될 수 있습니다. 닉네임·튜토리얼·운영자 인증 기록은 기능 유지와 본인 요청 처리에 필요한 동안 보관합니다. 공식 첫 격파의 닉네임·시각·승리 정보와 리플레이는 공개되며 서비스 운영 중 보관합니다.

학습 사용은 기본적으로 꺼져 있습니다. '[이용 조건] 플레이 기록의 AI 학습 사용에 동의합니다'를 직접 선택하고 지역별 연령 확인 후 저장한 경우에만 향후 일반 경기의 전투 명령·공개 상태·결과를 다음 세대 보스 학습에 사용합니다. 방문이나 단순 플레이로 동의하지 않으며 튜토리얼·동의 전 기록을 소급 사용하지 않습니다. 닉네임·이메일·거주 지역은 모델 입력에 넣지 않습니다. 개인별 데이터 분할과 철회 확인을 위한 가명 식별값은 완전한 익명이 아닙니다. 원본 학습 snapshot·체크포인트·모델은 운영자만 접근합니다. 게시된 모델과 그 검증 근거는 세대 재현을 위해 서비스 운영 중 보관합니다.

'플레이 기록 사용 관리'에서 학습 사용을 중지할 수 있으며, 중지하면 이후 플레이도 중지됩니다. 이미 시작한 경기는 포기할 수 있고 일일 도전은 환급되지 않습니다. 중지 후 플레이로 자동 재동의하지 않으며 향후 수집·새 데이터셋·아직 게시하지 않은 후보에 반영합니다. 거주 지역·연령 선언 변경이나 정책 변경은 이전 권한으로 재사용하지 않습니다. 이미 게시된 모델에서 개별 기록의 영향을 자동 제거하는 기능은 없습니다. 원본 삭제와 게시 모델 처리 요청은 문의 이메일로 받으며, 본인 확인 후 실제 삭제 범위와 남는 공개 기록·모델·백업을 알려드립니다.

PC 장애에 대비해 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화한 백업을 운영자 개인 Google Drive 비공개 폴더에7일 보관합니다. 복구 키는 Drive에 저장하지 않습니다. Cloudflare는 HTTPS·사이트 전달, Google Drive는 암호문 보관, ZITADEL은 운영자 로그인에 사용하며 해외에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 접속 국가와 다른 한국 PC에서 게임·학습 기록이 처리됩니다. 플레이어 로그인은 현재 제공하지 않습니다. 복원 후에는 최신 철회·삭제 요청을 대조하기 전 학습을 다시 켜지 않습니다. 국가별 추가 연령 확인·국외 이전·대리인·삭제 요건 검토는 계속되며, 전세계 접속 기능의 제공이 모든 국가에서의 법적 적합성을 의미하지 않습니다.

현재 게임 이용에는 학습 참여가 필요합니다. 학습을 중지하면 이후 플레이도 중지됩니다. 한국14+, EU·EEA16+, 그 밖의 지역18+ 및 현지 성년 기준에 못 미치면 이용할 수 없습니다. 이 조건이 각 국가에서 유효한 동의 근거인지 별도로 검토 중이며 법적 적합성 완료를 선언하지 않습니다. 일반 경기 삭제 요청은 기록 사용 관리에서 본인 브라우저로 제출할 수 있습니다.

Countermind play and record-use notice

Countermind currently requires AI-training participation to play. Read the notice, deliberately agree and confirm your regional age eligibility before using nicknames, tutorials, official challenges or free practice. If you do not agree, you cannot play. Individual operator enrollment and a connection from Korea are not required.

Participants declare their region of residence and learning-consent age: 14+ in South Korea, a conservative 16+ in the EU/EEA, or at least 18 and an adult under local law elsewhere. These are collection limits, not a guarantee that every country's legal requirements are satisfied. Play and training participation are unavailable if the age condition is not met or not confirmed. We do not request a birth date, identity document, exact age or legal name. Only the play-age declaration, broad residence region and learning-age declaration are stored. Parental-consent collection is currently unavailable, so records requiring that procedure are not used for learning.

For gameplay, the operator's PC in South Korea stores a 30-day browser identification cookie, nickname, tutorial completion, age declarations, daily challenge usage, match states, commands and results. Ordinary finished matches and commands are cleaned up after 30 days. Live matches and evidence needed for pending training candidates are protected and may remain longer. Profile and operator authentication records remain as needed to maintain those features and handle requests. Official first-clear nicknames, times, results and replays are public and retained while the service operates.

Training use is off by default. Only after you deliberately select '[Participation condition] I agree to use my play records for AI training', confirm your regional learning-consent age and save the choice are future non-tutorial battle commands, public states and results eligible to train the next boss. Visiting or playing does not grant consent. Tutorials and records made before consent are excluded; permission is never applied retroactively. Nicknames, emails and residence regions are not model inputs. Pseudonymous identifiers used to separate participants and check withdrawal are not fully anonymous. Training snapshots, checkpoints and models are private to the operator. Published models and their validation evidence remain for generation reproducibility while the service operates.

Use 'Manage play record use' to stop training participation; doing so also stops further play. You can forfeit an existing match; daily attempts are not refunded. Playing after withdrawal does not renew permission. Withdrawal affects future collection, new datasets and unpublished candidates. Changes to residence/age declarations or the policy do not reuse previous permission. Automatic removal of an individual's influence from an already published model is unavailable. Email the operator for record deletion or published-model handling; after ownership verification we explain the actual deletion scope and any remaining public record, model or backup.

An AES-256-GCM encrypted recovery backup is stored for seven days in the operator's private personal Google Drive folder. The recovery key is kept outside Drive. Cloudflare provides HTTPS and site delivery, Google Drive stores ciphertext and ZITADEL authenticates the operator; these providers may process data abroad. Game and learning records are processed on a PC in South Korea, potentially outside your country. Player login is currently unavailable. Training is held after recovery until the latest withdrawal and deletion requests are reconciled. Review of country-specific age assurance, international transfers, representation and deletion requirements continues; worldwide access does not certify legal compliance in every country.

Training participation is currently required to play. Stopping participation also stops further play. Regional thresholds are Korea14+, EU/EEA16+, or18+ and local adulthood elsewhere. Jurisdiction-specific validity of this participation condition is under review, not certified. You may submit a scoped ordinary-game erasure request from the record-use screen in your own browser.
